Having a party? Please send the link to this waiver to the parents of all your attendees. This waiver must be completed before children can start enjoying the party. Attending a party? Please have your parent complete this waiver. Be sure to complete all the fields – the waiver can only be signed by parents or legal guardians for children 17 or younger. This completed waiver is for this party only. You must complete a separate waiver for every party you attend.

✓Bathing suit for pool parties. Towels are supplied by the Club.
✓Sneakers and socks
✓Candles (numbered candles for child’s age)
✓ Bring theme plates and cups if you wish. Ours are solid white.
YOU SHOULD KNOW…
✓ We have party favors available. We can supply Energy backpacks and water bottles for an additional fee.
✓ Our party hosts will serve food & cake
✓ A second cake for your adult guests is available at an extra charge
✓ Any special requests will be considered. Our party planner is available to assist you.
✓ In some cases, a party may follow yours. Therefore, you will need to remain on schedule. An additional fee may be charged if you run over time.
✓ Tipping your party host for a job well done is always appreciated.
