Tone muscles using compound movements, also creating length in the body, using lightweights, bands, gliders and the stability ball.

AQUATIC ARTHRITIS

Aquatic Arthritis is an ongoing recreational program led by trained personnel designed to help improve joint flexibility, and relieve pain and stiffness.

AQUA ZUMBA

Water’s resistance to enhance cardiovascular fitness. This form of exercise combines the fun of dance with the benefits of water resistance.

BALANCE

Balance is important for many daily activities including walking. During this class we will focus on dynamic & static balance and stability skills.

BALLETONING

Feel like a dancer as you tone and stretch in this ballet-based class. Improves balance and posture as well as core stability.

BARRE

FREE to members Utilizing the principles of dance to elongate and condition muscles, re-shape your body, using small isometric movements.

CARDIO BLAST H20

One hour of aerobic aquatic exercise can provide a full-body workout, targeting muscles while also improving cardiovascular health.

CARDIO MAX H20

A cardio workout enhanced with high-intensity intervals utilizing various aquatic equipment such as paddles, dense noodles, weights, kick boards, and/or bands. 

$

CARDIO SPLASH

Improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance and flexibility. Some classes may include noodles, dumbbells and paddles to increase muscle tone.

CARDIO STRENGTH H20

This workout begins with cardio exercises followed by strength training, utilizing a range of equipment in the pool. A routine that combines both effective and enjoyable.

CHAIR YOGA

Chair yoga offers you the ability to improve your health through form of adaptive exercise. Supported by a chair so you can receive yoga’s healing & restorative benefits.

CYCLE

FREE to members Work at your own level in this group activity cycling to great music using our Stages Cycling Bike.

DANCEOLOGY

Learn fresh choreography to today’s pop hits, as well as Broadway, Hip Hop, Jazz and Latin styles. Each session brings exciting new music and choreography.

FOREVER FIT

Exercise is important for everyone, but as we age, it becomes more important for fall prevention, disease prevention, cognitive function and mental health.

GENTLE YOGA

A gentler blend of Asanas combined with breath and relaxation exercises.  Perfect for recovering athletes, and our senior members.

HATHA YOGA

A traditional yoga class includes Pranayama (breathing techniques), Asana (postures), Vinyasa (a series of flowing postures), and meditation for a holistic mind-body experience.

MELT

This class includes all the basic MELT techniques including the hand/foot techniques with the specially designed balls and rollers for other body work.

PILATES MAT

A mat class based on the principles of Joseph Pilates. Equipment needed for participants: Mat, small ball or pillow/yoga block.

RETRO LOW TONE

An energizing classic low-impact cardio workout is followed by toning exercises, sculpting muscles for a complete body transformation.

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, improves balance, flexibility and core stability for members of all fitness levels.

YIN/YANG YOGA

Yin/Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice-bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures.

YOGA R&R

Hatha Yoga with a focus on rejuvenation and restoring energy offers a gentle yet effective practice that helps release tension and revitalize the body and mind.
