Slow Flow – Lucy Conway

Slow flow is a yoga practice that slows down the pace of vinyasa, allowing more time and space to hold the poses and breathe deeply. It is a low-impact practice that connects movement to breath to help you build strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness while creating a calm and peaceful state of mind.
