Understanding and engaging in activities that enhance balance, mobility, strength, and cardio endurance is crucial children to achieve overall health and well-being. These components of fitness support physical health, mental well-being, and resilience. They prevent injuries, maintain joint health, build functional strength and boost cardiovascular health. The goal is for children to cultivate lifelong habits of wellness and vitality. It’s also a great way for kids to break out of the technology and stress with school and other life events. This is a fun, active class for all kids!
