A full-body conditioning workout using resistance from weights, bands, and body weight. The class is designed to strengthen and tone all major muscle groups with cardiovascular properties incorporated.
CFX is our exclusive Free-to-Member functional fitness class. This small group class rotates through four workout models over a 10-week period to concurrently improve all functional abilities, including flexibility, core stabilization, balance, strength, power, and cardio-respiratory endurance. This is an intermediate to advanced class.
4 exercises in 4 minutes! Rounds consist of 1 minute each. Cardio, lower body, upper body and core. Plyometrics, dumbbells and body weight exercises will be utilized throughout.

Kettlebells help you burn calories and build strength in your upper and lower body as well as your core. Because the kettlebell has an off-set center of gravity, it is harder to control than a dumbbell. During this 45 minute class, you will active multiple muscle groups simultaneously while improving strength, power, balance core stability and respiratory activity. This is an intermediate to advanced class.
