Intro to Teen Fitness

This free program is designed for young teens (ages 12–14) who are new to fitness. Participants will be introduced to age-appropriate strength circuits and cardio equipment.
Scheduled Options:
1st Wednesday of Each Month at 4:00PM
2nd Saturday of Each Month at 11:00AM
Each participant may attend only once, as this is a 1-time introductory class. Limited registration (max 4 participants). Open to Club Fit members only.
