Liz is a Fitness Instructor and Trainer, Dancer, Choreographer, Alvin Ailey Scholarship Recipient, and former Hip-Hop Presenter with over 30 years of experience in the dance and fitness fields. She is ACE Gold Certified and has a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
