CANCELLATION REQUEST 

*All cancellation requests, regardless of type, must be received by the Club at least (3) three business days prior to the end of the month in order to avoid being obligated for the following month’s dues.
If your request comes in after the deadline, the membership will be canceled at the end of the following month.
Please note that upon cancellation, the following benefits will be forfeited: guest passes, reward points, join date and future milestone rewards, as well as your existing membership rate. Additionally, if you decide to rejoin in the future, an enrollment fee will be required. If you would like to keep your membership perks, you can submit a freeze request here.
