Our campers build friendships while engaging in a multitude of activities. Our camp schedule includes outside play, gaga, four square, kickball, basketball, arts and crafts, capture the flag, tennis, soccer, and play in our energy center game room. Daily swim is offered to everyone. Swim lessons are available for an additional fee after camp. Throughout the summer we may have a variety of specialty days that may include: a talent show, color wars, wet and wacky water days, Bubble Bus, etc.. Check out our calendar for our theme days that will include days such as: Halloween theme, Hawaiian days, jersey day and more.

Regular Drop off in the morning begins at 9am, pick up at 4pm at the Energy Center circle.
Early Drop Off in between 7:30 and 9:00AM in the Energy Center, $10/day/per child.
Lunch and a morning snack are included. For an afternoon snack, you can either pack one in their bag or they may purchase one at our café.
• Late Pick Up until 6:30PM
•  Sibling discount $15 per week, for full day. Must be registered for the same week.
• Multiple discounts cannot be combined.

• Payment plans available. Minimum of 3 weeks required for a payment plan. Balance due by June 30th, 2025
• We offer week to week registration
• To receive the member pricing, camper must be a member when they register and through the end of camp.
• Submit medical form with registration
Due to the number of campers that have food allergies, please know that we are a nut-aware camp.

What Do I Need To Bring

List of Items
  • Comfortable clothes, good sneakers and socks. Children wearing sandals won’t be able to participate in sports.
  • Your child should bring their bathing suit and swim goggles (if desired). Towels are provided at Club Fit, so there is no need to pack any.

  • If you think your child may need a change of clothing (just in case) please feel free to pack that in their bag.
  • Second snack is not included so please pack one for your camper or supply them with access to house account to purchase a snack from our upstairs café.
  • To try and limit our plastic footprint please pack a water bottle with your child’s name on it to use throughout the day.
  • Please do not pack toys from home
  • Campers may bring an iPod, cell phone or gaming device. These devices must remain in their bag unless a designated time for use.
  • Please make sure to clearly mark your child’s name on anything and everything that is coming to camp. We are not responsible for misplaced, lost or stolen items.
  • Please remember to apply sunscreen prior to camp to your camper. Please pack a spray sunscreen for easy application during the day.
  • If you have to change weeks please contact us prior to June 1st

Sibling Discount:
Siblings registering for the same week(s) of Full-Day receive $15 off each week. Sibling discount applies to the second child’s registration. Registration forms are available online.

Payment plans are available if registering for 3+full weeks of summer camp. Payment plan must be charged to CC that is linked to campers house account on their member profile. The maximum number of installments for the payment plan is four. Camper must be paid in full by their first camp date.

Refund and Cancellation policy:

  • Weeks can be reallocated, pending availability, up until the start of camp

  • Weeks can be fully refunded by April 30th, 2025
  • May 1st through the end of the camp season there will be NO refunds.  Medical refunds will be awarded with written notification by the treating physician.   
  • We have the right to dismiss a camper due to violent or behavior issues at any time without refund.   

Check-in Procedures:
For Full Day Camp: Check-in is from 9:00–9:30 am outside the Energy Center. Early drop off is from 7:30-9:00 am inside the Energy Center. Kinder Camp check-in and pick up is in the Nursery.

Authorizations:
Only those persons authorized on your registration form will be allowed to pick up your child.  If you need to add or change authorized names, please notify your child’s counselor and the camp director in order to up-date the roster. You may also send in a signed note with your child.

Completed Health Form:
State law does not allow us to admit a child without a completed health form signed by a doctor as well as a copy of your child’s immunization record (a copy of the school’s record is sufficient). These forms must be submitted before June 1, 2025. Any
registrations received after June 1st,the health form must accompany the registration form. Unfortunately, your child will not be allowed to attend camp if we do not receive these forms. If your child needs special assistance or requires any form of medication, please contact the camp director for necessary precautions. Any medication brought to summer camp must be in a plastic bag with your child’s name on it and a picture of your child enclosed in the bag.

Our camp schedule includes but is not limited to activities such as obstacle courses, water and sand table play, chalk and bubble play, games like duck, duck, goose, musical chairs and more, sports lessons, music and dance play, tie dye and inflatables.

Join us this summer for Club Fit Tennis Camp! Our Camp is designed for all ages and levels of players. We create customized curriculums for players to develop, reach weekly goals and experience success. Our experienced coaching staff will improve your tennis player in a fun and productive setting. Players are grouped based on age/level and camp runs rain or shine!

CIT PROGRAM

CIT Program

June 39th–August 22nd

Ages: 15+

The Club Fit CIT (counselor in training) Program is an opportunity to enjoy the camp atmosphere in a supervised leadership community. Emphasis is placed upon developing leadership skills, sensitivity to children and program skills.

CIT Program Pricing

Bumps, Bruises & Scratches

May happen throughout the course of the day. We will take care of our campers and get them back playing as soon as possible. Rather than disrupt you with every minor medical concer we will only contact you in the case of a more serious injury. With every injury we will fill out an accident report and will go over any incident with you at the end of the day.

***REMINDER: In order to attend Club Fit Jefferson Valley full day camp we need a signed camp waiver that includes our swim waiver and a copy of your child’s immunization records. If we do not have all 3 at drop off you will not be allowed to drop your child off at camp and you will not be reimbursed for the day.
